I have got my order with order id order id #1697039. But the size doesn't fit and i want to exchange it how do i do that, i don't find anything on the site.

How do i proceed with the return or exchange request, as there is no customer care phone number to contact.

There should be a feasibility, first i had to follow up for delivery and now for the return. Is this the way things work on your store.

When you follow the mentioned steps, your pick up will be arranged and it'll be attempted within 2 to 4 working days.

Once the pick up is done and we receive the products in our warehouse, the replacement order will be made as per your selection you made while you initiated the exchange.
