I had placed an order on 21st Dec 2015 for sandals on this site for which I got delivery on 25 Jan 2016 as per their policy they need 21 days for delivery but actually they took whole month..Now I had submitted the exchange request on 30 Jan 2016 but today is 15 Feb and no one came yet for exchange. I have drop one mail on their help desk and in reply they just apologize but didn't mentioned my order status.My amount was already deducted on 21 Dec 2015. Please advise how can I take my money back
