I had placed an order, which tgey completed after a month when prompted. Since the size was large, we placed a replacement order and they collected tge packages. Now its been more than a month and yet we still haven't receieved the order. I have written numerous mails and their no one seems to pick on their landline. My expirience has been most disappointing.
