I ordered 2 pair of shoes on 1st Dec and it has not yet been dispatched...my order number is #1111794. I even reported on their Email Address (ticket number #441291) and was promised that their representative will revert but it too hasn't happened so far. Should I even expect my shoes or just forget it? If any representative who can see this complaint, atleast care to reply.
