i ordered shoes from streetstylestore.com on 4th september and received them on 9th september by delhivery.com but the size was not appropriate so i posted a exchange request . the shoes were picked up on 11th september by NuvoEx. now the status of my order on website is showing product deliverd but i have not received it yet.
i contacted both the delivery agencies, they said the product has been delivered back to streetstylestore.com on 14th september and no further shipment of my order has been made from the store to their agency.
i tried contacting the website but they are not answering my emails and calls.
