[Resolved] Street Style Store — Street Style Store Non-delivery of product after payment and nor giving the refund

I HAVE PLACED TWO ORDER #1103081, #1103925, ON 26 NOVEMBER 2016. I HAVE DONE PREPAID PAYMENT THROUGH MY DEBIT CARD. They told me that i will take 3-21 days to reach order but till now i didn't got my product. I complaint it and told them to refund my money back but didn't got my money back. now they stop receiving my call. I called daily 70-80 times on cc number but they didn't pick my call. Pathetic and very very poor cc service. Give my money back. Fraud people at least answer the call.

The refund has been done from our end however, the concerned bank may require some time for the entire process to be accomplished which varies from 3-4 working days depending on the card issuing bank.

Even the same happened with me. These people are not even picking up the call. Everytime I mail them they are giving me lame excuses. I asked them to give me order tracking details and they mailed me a wrong tracking number and a wrong shipping date. I'm really pissed now.

I ordered on 14 nov, 2016. Half of the order has not been shipped yet...i just want it before Christmas... But seriously never seen such worst service... This sss dont know how to run a company and manage it, i[censored] cant satisfy your customers . Deliver my order my 22dec or i ll fill case in consumer forum
