[Resolved]  Street Style Store — The shoes item ordered, paid for on 12.01.17

We are surprised, we ordered and paid online for our shoes item on 12.01.17, but still the status on the tracking showing only as "Packet ready for dispatch" (screenshot of tracking is attached), it is today now 27.01.17, in 15 days even our item is not even dispatched also ?, no updates, no communication ?, we then even tried the store contact number [protected], several times, but it is always telling you are in waiting and then automatically phone gets disconnect, this is very pathetic arrangement of street style store.com, we are surprised how they are being allowed to do like this with the consumers. We request you to either immediately arrange to let us know the status of our order as to when will it get delivered, and if it will not be getting delivered within one week then please refund our amount to our account, else we will proceed for further action.
