[Resolved]  Street Style Store — They are neither sending me the product nor the refund

Address:Delhi (probably Hauz khas)

I have no idea why their customer service agents are not responding. The most poor support staff I have ever seen.
I did place an order and received a damaged/used product. Hence, initiated exchange same day.
They sent an agent to do the return pickup but I have not received the new product yet and not even the refund.
On top of that, not responding to the tickets which I have raised. I have raised 3 tickets and its been more than a month they aren't responding.
What is this behaviour?
They arent even refunding my money.

They do not respond since Sep 28. After doing the exchange pickup. I am so frustrated. First they sent me a used product and now they are irritating me like hell. What dint they respond to my 3 tickets which I have raised from my SSS account.

Hi. I kinda gave up. Cause the process is quite filled with hassle and trouble. SSS I like your products. I have kept the other footwear as its all set to rock. But I received other pair as a damaged/used one. So I raised an exchange req. For the same size. You guys didn't respond. I raised consumer complaint. You send size 38. And all this process took 30+ days. I have cancelled the exchange order as it is size 38 which won't fit into my foot as I ordered the same one. So I do not have patience and it doesn't make sense to me to ask for size 35 again and wait for another week or 10 days. Hence, I am expecting a refund for that amount. I request to make this process hassle free as I have raised the same complaint few days back on SSS forum and no one responds. Its irritating. Very much frustrating. Thanks.

Are you returning funds back to me? Or I shall go ahead with my bank to raise a dispute with cancelled merchandise. I do mot want a voucher to chase SSS back for some other order related concerns. I am done. Would you mind to initiate a refund as it's already been more than a week since I cancelled exchange product ? And that SSS forum is pathetic seriously. No one reverts to you.

We shipped your order and the courier company marked the status on your order as " return to origin ". Maybe you were not available at your address or the possibility might be there that the courier company did not reach out to you.
