My Order Number 1188336 and Reference Number SEAZPLOTZ was ordered on 5 Jan 2017 and it got delivered to me on 2 Feb 2017. Now I want to exchange my product (which contains 2 shoes) because the size did not fit me and I want a size bigger than them.
Also I am unable to find the button 'Replace Product' on My Accounts page.
I am trying to exchange the product the day I received them. I raised so many tickets but there is no response till date.
