[Resolved] Street Style Store — unable to initiate an exchange from my side

I ordered 2 footwear (Order: 2346201), i received was wrong. But there was no response from their end. There is no customer care number. Therefore, i tried contacting them via email. Again, no response.

Saw multiple ads on instagram hence i tried contacting on their social media account, no guesses required, i got no response. Now i am stuck with unwanted footwear which i didn't order and i ended up paying for it!

And also i am unable to initiate an exchange. Please update about this as soon as possible.

Street Style Store Customer Care's response Hi,

We have initiated an exchange pickup request for both of your products.
The pick-up will take "2-3" working days once the pick up is done and we receive the products in our warehouse, we'll make your replacement order with correct products.
