I ordered 3 pair of shoes and the size does not fit me so I request for smaller size.
Still there is no response.
Mostly I shop online. Other sites does not do this. Least They always send a message, when the pick up and delivery will be. And I even get notifications in mail.
Please try to have those option so that even if the product is going to deliver or pick up late also we will be aware of it.
