It's been 3 months that I had ordered a pair of white canvas shoes from the site
Order no: #1022008, 18th october 2016 to be precise, by card payment .The number I shared was wrong which when I realized corrected immediately(16th november 2016) .And now it's been over 3 months, multiple mails I sent, updated my problem in the help desk, tried calling helpline but in vain but never received any prompt replies except once or twice.Tried to cancel order but even that's not an option I realized .Worst service ever.Also not refunding my money if not able to send my parcel.Worst experience .
