I've ordered heels. Its almost been 1 month. Still my heels are in "awaiting pickup". I made a exchange request on 06/09/2021. I've emailed and called you many times nobody is responding.

I request you to please deliver my product as soon as possible.

Otherwise I request you to kindly contact me because m not getting any response from your side.

Below image is of my heel which I have ordered on 02/09/2021 and therefore, made a exchange request due to size issue on 06/09/2021. Kindly look into this matter.

I requested for exchange on 7 june 2022 and today it's 25 july 2022 it's been over a month and I have not received my exchanged product. When am I going to receive the order? ?
