I had placed an order of sneakers on 2nd sept 2017. (Order # 1757950)
The payment was already done online. The shoes got delivered on 25th sept 2017 but the size didn't fit me so i requested for replacement. After many follow ups, i received the replacement today i. E 28th october 2017 (Almost after a month of replacement request)
That too i received a wrong pair of shoes today. It's almost 2 months from the date of order placed and i am getting a wrong pair of shoes today. My 500 bucks is stuck for like almost 2 months, if i would have known about the company’s carelessness i would have invested my money in same fruitful purposes. They’re fooling people. This is not the very first time we’re facing such problems. I really had high expectations but surely the company didn’t stand by it.
It would be better if sss refunds my money back.
