I ordered a pair of heels on 21st of august through online payment and received used produc. After several days of complaints and unreturned calls they finally agreed to initiate a return. I received a mail about the processed refund on 16th of september but i have not received any refund yet although it was written it will be credited within 5-7 days. The site remains unresponsive to my queries. Despite several calls, the customer care never responds. And i have no clue about where my money is.
I would want to receive my money back into my bank account as soon as possible.
