Very bad experience with Strollay. I asked for a customized stitching for a Lehenga Choli and the product shipped with 3.5" more than the length we asked. Due to heavy embroidery at the bottom, we couldn't do any alteration. The Choli was supposed to have a Dori attached to the back on either side and they never added that, when contacted the concerned person said, "for advertising purpose companies put many stuff on their picture and we don’t provide that". I asked for some refund for the mistakes they did and the gentleman refused to give that rather he said he can give me coupon instead. Well I don’t plan to buy anything from this cheating online firm in the future why should I care for a coupon?? This was ordered for a wedding ended up buying another one from other site. I lost valuable time and money, . Don't trust this company. If they treat outside customers like this then my advise is stay away from this firm.

Strollay.com Customer Care's response Dear Customer, please note its clearly mentioned on our Website that there is no refund for customised stitching. Secondly, there are few designs in which we cannot do alterations in the length and width of the Product - because doing that would make the design look less pretty than it looks on the website. We already informed you and it's also mentioned that there are few items which are just the part of the photo shoots like jewellery and few other accessory and they are never the part of the Product that you Order. Still we agreed to give you some credit as a part of the gesture.
