STSK Properties — Rent since 6 months

I have rented my house to stsk properties for 3years.. Since 6 months I haven't received any rent from them.Tried all possible ways yo contact them but no response.Now yhe tenant is refusing yo vacate my flat.Im in total loss..

Yes... I am into the same trap. Tenant expect us to settle the lease amount ... Going for a case as there seems to be no other option.
