Sir, Maine jp railway station k outer window se senior citizen ticket lena chaha lekin unhone yeh kahte huye mana kar diya yaha sr. Citizens k tickets nhi milte aur mujhe general ticket de diya jab maine railway complain department me iske bare me pucha toh unhone kaha aisa koi rule nhi hai...ab main chahata hun is regarding koi action liya jaye aur mujhe uchit help ki jaye...thnks! !!
