A week after the complaint, the new manager called us and informed us that their head office has recieved a complaint from the Consumer Complaint Forum and after a week, they came and took a photograph of the mattress. After a few days, they informed us that the photographs had been sent to the head office and that they had approval to replace the mattress. They told us that it would be replaced when new stock became available. Expecting the replacement, we waited till December 20th. Upon further inquiry they informed us that stock was not available due to the flood in chennai and that we would have to wait for two more weeks. We waited until January 6th, and called. The manager gave us a number, which he claimed was the phone number of Mr. Prabhu, manager at the Chennai warehouse. The number was [protected]. We called the number, and someone picked up. The number, it seems, is of a Xerox shop in Chennai, and the person who picked up had no idea about Style Spa and had not even heard of the brand. We informed the manager, who, with absolutely no concern in the matter, told us that this was the number h
had recieved from his regional manager and that he could not help us, since there were many other complaints similar to ours coming in. He told us that he was helpless and that his superiors were not responding properly. We have not recieved a follow up after repeated complaints.
It is clear that Style Spa is cheating us. Its been many months that we’ve been treated by Style Spa with total neglect. I bought this for my brother, who is suffering from intense back pain, and since he bought this mattress, it has increased manyfold. Due to the total indifference of the customer support, and due to the intense mental frustration we have felt, we demand a full compensation. We do not want a replacement, and we refuse to use any products from this kind of company if this is the customer support we are to recieve later.
