The company has cheated us by telling the defective furniture as ok and did not cooperated since last 5 years for its repair. The store Manager told that the warranty is for 10 years and so whenever you feel defect is significant, he will get it repaired. However the store has relocated and manager changed his no. The company is not cooperating and they have provided technician number for getting paid repair. The cost of repair as intimated by technician is Rs 15500/- and I have offered to bear Rs. 3500/- . But the company is denying any help saying the warranty is just for a year.

This is really pathetic and disappointing service. Please look into the matter and get the needful done on urgent basis.

    Repair/replacement of Sofa

    I have brought sofa (Frenzy 3 Lounger Fabric) in Dec 2018. The seating cushion (two seats) have softened and lost its firmness/plumpness after just six months o[censored]se. Otherwise, the sofa is fine. I hope, I was not provided the defective sofa . The same was brought to the

    We purchased 3+2 seater fabric sofa on July 2018. But unfortunately 2 seater sofa is torn and cushion goes down and also logged a complaint at nearest store but they are not responding properly. Now i wants to repair the sofa. Pls do the needful.

          Estilo Bed one Side beam got cracks and one side beam partially broken

          Address: Flat No: 205, Sri Apartments, Near Rythu Bazar Junction, Srikakulam, Andhra Pradehs. PIN: 532001

          I had purchased and one king Estilo Bed from Stylespa in Visakhapatnam about 4 years ago.
          Now bed have side beam sagged and one side was partially broken. the side beam required to be replaced. Please do the needful urgently to supply the side beam for Estilo kind bed both side and get broken/ sagged component replaced by good technician...

          I had purchased one single and one king Estilo Bed from Stylespa in Kolkata about 5 years ago.
          Now both the single and king bed have side beam sagged and broken. the side beam required to be replaced. Please do the needful urgently to supply the side beam for Estilo kind and single bed (both side for bothe King and single bed) and get broken/ sagged component replaced by good technician

                              I have purchased your bed, side table, dressing table, and three-door wardrobe. The day I purchased it I complain about a scratch in the glass mirror but there was no action. I did my own way. I again complaint two years before about storage screws are coming out and the bed is leaning on one side because of the missing screw. But no action taken. Again repetitively I complain to your Kirti Nagar Delhi Office but one gentleman demanded some money of too and fro. I refused.
                              Now condition so worse that no one can sleep because of missing screws.
                              Kindly arrange technicians who can fix my problem.

                              The warranty of the product is one year from the date of Invoice. After which the service is provided on chargeable basis.

                                This is to inform you that I have purchase furniture from STYLESPA branch Kakurgachi near E.S.I.HOSPITAL. in kolkata From there they promise us that they will transfer those furniture to Nabadwip, Nadia, West Bengal.They do the same and also told us they will provide us after sell service in Nabadwip whenever we will call.But now they start avoiding to give service in Nabadwip and saying that There is no branches in kolkata

                                Please look after the matter seriously as early as possible.Looking for the service

                                  My Eden cot horizontal supporting strips has become loosen. I have been complaining to your technician Mr Anwar belongs to Resapuvanipalem, Visakhapatnam AP showroom from the past 6 weeks.
