I had purchased and one king Estilo Bed from Stylespa in Visakhapatnam about 4 years ago.
Now bed have side beam sagged and one side was partially broken. the side beam required to be replaced. Please do the needful urgently to supply the side beam for Estilo kind bed both side and get broken/ sagged component replaced by good technician...

Purchased king size cot in nov 2016. Side panel broke in july 2017. I complained to mysore style spa. Sent them photos. They told they have booked the replacement for side panel. It's been now almost 3 months and there is no response. Their website doesn't work, fb page nor twitter is active. Customer care number is not working. Pathetic customer service. Don't know where to complain...

I purchased a Eden bedroom set from Style Spa Furniture, Pune vide invoice no.s 156 dt 31st May 2009, 1/16 dt 31st May 2009, 159 31st may 2009, 222 27th June 2009.

I have the following issues:

The company has cheated us by telling the defective furniture as ok and did not cooperated since last 5 years for its repair. The store Manager told that the warranty is for 10 years and so whenever you feel defect is significant, he will get it repaired. However the store has relocated and manager changed his no. The company is not cooperating and they have provided technician number for getting paid repair. The cost of repair as intimated by technician is Rs 15500/- and I have offered to bear Rs. 3500/- . But the company is denying any help saying the warranty is just for a year.

This is really pathetic and disappointing service. Please look into the matter and get the needful done on urgent basis.

I have purchased your bed, side table, dressing table, and three-door wardrobe. The day I purchased it I complain about a scratch in the glass mirror but there was no action. I did my own way. I again complaint two years before about storage screws are coming out and the bed is leaning on one side because of the missing screw. But no action taken. Again repetitively I complain to your Kirti Nagar Delhi Office but one gentleman demanded some money of too and fro. I refused.
Now condition so worse that no one can sleep because of missing screws.
Kindly arrange technicians who can fix my problem.
