1- Pre ordered the Sofa on 31st Dec-14.
2- Delivered by style spa on 30th Jan-15
3- Promised made by you that good service is guaranteed.
4- Sofa installed on First week of Feb-16 and it got damaged by Jun month. Even it has been seen to style spa installer(when he had came to my home for installation of another Style spa product on July-16 itself). After chasing with style spasales team, no one had responded. Then we gone to style spa CC2, Kolkata showroom and after so many follow ups finally you had responded.
5-When your sofa technician visited my place on November-2016, after that I had discussed with showroom incharge of style spa( Mr. Nilanjan)and he said it's a manufacturing defect and we are trying our best to resolve it asap.
6- And maximum by End of Decemebr-2015, it will be rectified.
But still today I am following up. No respond from Style spa.
