Updated by srm2017 on 04/03/2017 call received from style spa customer care, they told me to repair it, after that Indian Furniture Products Limited, ( #27-1-4, main road, Srinagar, Gajuwaka, Vizag-26, ph.2741123) executive called to me and asked to send delivery tag of sofa, then I sent sofa tag which is dated March 20th 2016, after that no response from this showroom.
