Sukham sine wave commercial ups 2.5kva, 36 volt, fusion-1 Sku so. So38.388557 not working in charging mode. Date of purchase 25/03/2019 through on line (From industry buying). Please rectify the fault. The unit is working in battery mode but when input 230v line is connected, no output. Charging mode is also not working.
