I have a sukam inverter (900 va) and sukam battery (Hptp 1500), both purchased on 19.05.2017. Some days back, with only one led light of 5w for one night, the battery showed "low" signal and there was alarm also. I contacted the dealer-harsita appliances, chandrasekharpur, bhubaneswar, mob-[protected]) and he told to lodge a complain in the company website. I tried to do the same, but the website-www.su-kam.com is not responding. So i am lodging the complain here. I have attached photos of the bill, warranty labels of inverter and the battery here. As both the products are well within warranty period, as on today, please look into the matter and do the needful, so that the defect can be rectified and our suffering, due to lack of power in our area, will end.
Su-Kam customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Unfortunately, I was not able to upload the photos of the documents(warranty labels and dealer bill of Sukam Inverter and Battery) in the complain, that I lodged yesterday, i.e, on 14.05.2019. I am uploading them now. As you can see, there are few days left for the warranty to expire. So I request you to take immediate steps for taking up this complain and do the needful so that, the defunct Inverter/Batteries can be replaced/ repaired, as per the provisions, within the warranty period.
