Sukam battery is not providing back up. After half an hour it's shows low battery and shut down. This battery is under replacement warranty. I want to replace my battery. Please... And the customer care not response to this problem. My battery model is (Sig 1500). I tried to call so many times to customer care but call does not connect. I provide the warranty card in complain in jpg format.
Su-Kam customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Machine, returns corrente supply to battery cable charged. & Machine input cable return corrent.

    Under-warranty su-kam eco-brainy 1100/12v s/no.-[protected] and code - fadhupbrsw012aa0110001has stopped working and this inverter was on 30/06/2018 with 02years warranty. I have facing following problem while lodging complaint against this defect.
    1) su-kam toll free no.[protected] is no any response.
    2) telephone number [protected] of gurgaon is no any response
    3) there is no official website found for lodging complaint.
    Therefore kindly resolve my proble as soon as possible.

      Respected sir, I bought Sukam brainy 1100 inverter in 2016. Now it is not charging battery by electrical supply however backup is ok.

      Request repair in Rewari, Haryana at the earliest.

        In the month of august 2017, sukam solar penals were installed. Warranty of 25 years was given by sukam. But the connector of one of the penal have burnt. We informed the distributor about this issue, but the distributor informed us that su-kam has closed its business. We tried to contact at su-kam custmer care number. But a person from other company picked up the phone and confirmed that su-kam has closed its business. We discussed our solar panel gurantee issue with that person, then the person over the phone told me that their company can provide paid service only.
        Sir, we have purchased the solar penals from su-kam company and the company had given warranty of 25 years. Even two years has not passed, when services under warranty are required but sukam is not providing the same. We even tried contact su-kam through its website but the website is also disabled. As such we have left with no option except raising this complaint.
        Kindly take necessary action to redress my grievance regarding su-kam solar penal warranty and repairing issue

          I bought an inverter and it provided me with 24 months warranty but the problem is although i’m still having my validity there has been no customer service. The prouduct is showing some issues and is not functioning properly but the company services are not at all taking into concern although warranty still remains.
          Do take some serious immediate actions asap.

              Only 15 days happened from purchase date actually it is the problem i m facing since i'm using this bulb my bulb is automatically getting on/off and heated i lost my warranty card only 15 days happens from purchase plz suggest correct opinion and if i can replace/repair in warranty or i purchase it from amazon only that proof i'm having i purchased it around rs 550

                I have called up on the toll free numbers so many times. Always got a response stating that some one will call me back. No one has called me until now. Agreed to pay the service charges as well.
                I called up on 19th June 2019 until now, I have not got any response.
                If the power goes off, we will be facing huge losses.

                  I bought a battery on 18/6/18. it is already malfunctioning while in the warranty period. The battery is not providing any backup as it did it in it's earlier days. It is very disappointing to experience such a thing. The contact numbers on the warranty card are totally useless. This is just causing me more trouble as reaching the Su-Kam company has become so difficult. The website doesn't work either. You are required to provide me a solution to this complaint at the earliest and arrange for sending your personnel at my place for rectification.

                      I have Purchased Sukam Battery model No-SBT[protected]B[protected]) on dated[protected] from M/s Chand Enterprises, Bounsi Road, Bhagalpur-812005. I am suffering backup problem last two month.Thereafter i have contact to our seller (M/s Chand Enterprises). He told me- I will be to talk with company/Distributor and replace your battery because my battery is under Guarantee.
                      He is bluffing me since last two month and finally today he told me- SUKAM company has been closed and nothing to do now. So request you to please take necessary action against this seller and replace my battery which is under guarantee period. Please revert as soon as possible, so i can take further legal action.

                        I have a sukam inverter (900 va) and sukam battery (Hptp 1500), both purchased on 19.05.2017. Some days back, with only one led light of 5w for one night, the battery showed "low" signal and there was alarm also. I contacted the dealer-harsita appliances, chandrasekharpur, bhubaneswar, mob-[protected]) and he told to lodge a complain in the company website. I tried to do the same, but the website-www.su-kam.com is not responding. So i am lodging the complain here. I have attached photos of the bill, warranty labels of inverter and the battery here. As both the products are well within warranty period, as on today, please look into the matter and do the needful, so that the defect can be rectified and our suffering, due to lack of power in our area, will end.

                        Unfortunately, I was not able to upload the photos of the documents(warranty labels and dealer bill of Sukam Inverter and Battery) in the complain, that I lodged yesterday, i.e, on 14.05.2019. I am uploading them now. As you can see, there are few days left for the warranty to expire. So I request you to take immediate steps for taking up this complain and do the needful so that, the defunct Inverter/Batteries can be replaced/ repaired, as per the provisions, within the warranty period.

                          My Sukam inverter not working and is under warranty. So I called the toll free number and the customer service executive said that the technician will reach my house within 8 hrs. After 2 days and many calls no one has come. Their technician's behavior is very bad. He even told me that if I did want his service I should wait till he is free as if he was doing me any favor. After sell service experience is very poor from Sukam.

                              Dukan toll free and other numbers not reachable, i heard sukam is closed and launch with new name su-vastika but, sukam users are facing problems because there is no one to attend or attempt complaint. I have purchased a mppt controller and it has a problem, i tried to call sukam but all in vain. If suvastika takeover then it's should attend all dukan customer

                                Solar unable to switch to ac and completely draining battery. Not able to completely rely on slaor charging. Tried to contact sukam customer but in vain.

                                None of their numbers are working and no responding call recived from them. If this continues i as a customer will withdraw all services from sukam and go for other inverters and solar cons. Please try to rectify the problem as soon as possible

                                  I purchased Sukam tubular battery TPG 1350 on 21/12/2017 from East Side Sales Corporation, shop no 52, Khosla Market Complex, Gagan Vihar Extn, Delhi-110051.
                                  The battery is under 36 months warranty. When I called the dealer on a complaint that the battery is unable to give full voltage when on inverter, the dealer said Sukam battery had stopped operations hence he is unable to help.
                                  Please let me know is it's true

                                    Please note the complaint against your product shark-1000 inverter, the complaint that" when the ac supply (220 v) cut off the inverter is not take up their sensitive automatically, this problem faced near about 2-3 days. Several times i try to connect with service centre/call center of su-kam ([protected]/[protected]) but anyone not take the call.
                                    Kindly consider my problem and shoutout it at earliest possible.

                                      Inverter not working after replace the new battery in place of old. It charge full night still not taking 5 min backup. I am very eritate this type of things. Now is summer time it has to be work properly. I am not satisfied with this product. Please it or replace the product from working condition. My family is facing silly type issue which have no mean so please replace.

                                        Sku so. So38.388557 not working in charging mode. Date of purchase 25/03/2019 through on line (From industry buying). Please rectify the fault.
                                        The unit is working in battery mode but when input 230v line is connected, no output. Charging mode is also not working. Led indication is only main on, switch active indication is on, i/p mcb is on.
