Sir i have purchased a new sukam brainy eco 1100 invertor on[protected] through flipkart sold by apollo trading company with 02 year warranty.
On[protected] some technical problems happened with my invertor.
I registered the complain sukam customer care [protected] on[protected] and my complaint no is 48546c16010319.
Sir customer care told me that your problem will solve 3 or 4 days.
Engineer visited my invertor[protected] and said that your problem will solve 2 or 3 days when new pcb comes from company.
After 1 week when i call engineer they no answered then i call customer care the call is not going till today.

Sir i request to do the needful solve my invertor problem at the earliest.

          Dear sir
          I bought a sukam invertor 1500va shiny in the month of june 2014. At that time this model comes with 7 year gurantee of transformer, this is also written on box when i purchase it.
          Now about last week this not working. So i complained it to company. Company send engineer to check it. He found transformer is burnt. But he said you have to pay for replacement.
          I complained customer care but they are providing proper resolution and close my comlaint without resolving my issue.
          Kindly resolve my problem

          We had purchased two solar pcu 2kva and within one month both developed faults. inspte of complaining many times none of the enginners has visited our office. they are just trying to avoid the customer. we really regret having purchased the above mentioned products

            My Eco brainy failed to provide me output power and I complained it to nearest service center sonipat after a week they told me to register a complaint on toll free which was registered by me on 17 July 2018 and I got this msg, Dear Customer your complaint no is 35244C16170718. Please share Happy code 7167 if you were satisfied with our services. Contact us on [protected].
            After that on 24.07.2018, I again call to customer care and asking for assistance, they again told me that within 24 hours our technical person will contact you, but still today, no body is contact me. And today I again speak to Mr Rajeev Kumar on customer care and now he told me that you can contact our local service center for further assistance and status of your complaint

              SuKam charges big amount in Warranty or AMC of its Products in which they cheats and no one comes to attend complaint. I logged complaint on its Tollfree No.on 02/07/18.They advise to wait for 12-24hrs.I Communicated local service centre Eng.Mr.Hajarilal on different days where he always says to wait for attender.Now he doesn't picks his cell.It seem if i personally pays he will soon come and resolve the problem of my 5kva Inverter where i am daily bearing to much cost in fuel comsuption in my Generater.Till today 12days had passed no one had visit and complaint is closed without even attending.

              Sir, as I have complained about Inverter falcon eco 1000/12v on 10th Jul 18. It having problem of no charge and not getting load above 500watt. Till now no one called me and no one visited site. I daily calling customer care but they told as we r giving highest priority to ur complaint. Very bad service support by su kam
              Hi I m u r customer my complaints was my ups always show over louded just after started machine 1 minutes, problem is just starting 2 or 3 days but I check my battery to machnice to say ok ur battery charge is ok . after that i chak my home connection & wearing it ok, so plz kindly solve my problems.

                Maine su-kam co ka 50 kva solar invertor aur charge controller purchase kiya jab purchase kiya to bahut muskil se su-kam co ka koi admi aaya aur jaise tase fit karke chala gaya uske baad 100 bar phone karne ke baad aur complain likane ke baad koi engg aaye phir se usme problum aa raha hai lekin complain likane ke baad bhi koi company ka admi nahi aata hai aur complain solve kar diya jata hai. Feb-2018 ka purchase machine hai jo ki warranty me bhi hai lekin su-kam co koi bhi admi dekhnewala nahi.

                  I had Installed 5Kva SU-Kam Commercial Ups/Inverter at my Petrol Pump at Shamsabad, Dist. Agra which is under warranty. I logged a complaint of non-working the same 5kva inverter on 02/07/18 with Compl. No.81535c[protected] on Co. Toll free no. where they advise to wait just 12-24 hrs where Co. eng./attendent will visit and check the product on site.
                  5 days have passed and no one came and re-solve the problem due to which i had suffered a lot of loss by fuel in Silent Generator regularly from last 5 days whenever power supplies cut-off..
                  This is real cheating by Su-kam who commits to re-solve the complaint within 12-24 hrs. I am regular calling the cell no.[protected] of local service Centre Incharge Mr.Hajarilal whose no. was provided by Co.'s toll free no..It is noticed that in support of Co.'s name he use to provide service on priority to the customers who personally makes tunning with him and pays his Eng. or to him confidentialy.

                    Have purchased falcon hub model around a year ago. Since then i am facing multiple issues with this inverter.

                    1. Dealer sold me unit having "demo" written on it. Looks like he sold me a demo unit.
                    2. On first power on of inverter on the day of installation fuse bust and some sparks from the inverter, after that inverter is not working. Dealer sends inverter to the service center and it took 2 weeks to get it repair.
                    3. Now few days before inverter stops working with short circuit working.
                    There is no short circuit in wiring, everything works well without the inverter. Service person repairs this issue.
                    4. After this repair on next power (On a same day of repair) failure inverter works only for 5 mins and after that, it is giving a warning for 'overload'.
                    Now everything after power failures inverter works only for 5 mins and after that, it is giving overload warning every for single tube light.
                    5. Inverter never works with the android app.

                    Looks like i got faulty (Demo) piece of the inverter. Here i am requesting you to replace my inverter with a new unit.

                    1. As of now, Sukam does not have the motherboard in stock and it will take undefined time to get the motherboard.
                    2. This is the second time in one year need the motherboard replacement.

                        The goods were purchased five months ago. I have the bill but lost Warranty Card, 24 month warranty over the product. Now Service Center and Company Person said you can't avail the warranty without warranty card, then i told him that issue me another warranty card then they said when you lost your warranty card the product is out of warranty. Service Center and Customer Care Associates are too rude. A peace of paper is more important then product. There is no Value of product.

                        What happen when i lost my passport, i lost my sim card, i lost my Certificates, do i never get again.

                        Company is cheating with their customer.

                          I have purchase an Sukam Inverter Brainy Eco 1600Va with S.No.56920F[protected] on 16-Nov-2016 Invoice no. MIS-677/2016-17 with 2 years manufacturer warranty but unfortunately its not working from 25th of March i have made several complaint in Sukam customer care regarding this issue but my complaint not resolved every time i call for service they said that your case is closed we are registering new complaint but again after 24 hrs the same case closed without solution no one came up from sukam i am attaching snapshot of complaint registration sms's . The dealer is helping me as best as he can but the role of sukam company is irresponsible the are just making fool and giving dates.

                            From the day one i have problem with sukam home inverter ecobrini 1.1 kva

                            No one is coming to do regular health check every 6 month, which was told me to when i have purchased this unit last year.
                            And now my unit is not powering on complain no: 10135c09231217

                            I spoke to rajiv who is floor team leader for sukam sc, and told my complain is escalated and it will be attended today without fail, and he told he will get back to in one hours time with update, it's more then 4 hours now i don't get call from him or sukam service engineer.

                            Does this is way you provide service to all your customer?

                            I want to this complain to reach top mgmt on sukam and let them know how there ground team works

                            I have purchased this unit form "esskess green energy systems pvt. Ltd." and manger from esskess mr. Barth told me is any issue, i can reach him any time, but now when i called and inform them, they saying they can't find my detail on there system,

                            So are they really dealer of sukam, why they action like this when product is sold out and they don't know the customer information at all.

                            Such bad experience since i have taken this unit from sukam

                            To all my friend never buy product form sukam, as they are poor in providing the service to there client...

                              Sukam is not providing replacement for faulty ups;

                              Multiple complaints been raised since april/may 2017 - they are closing the tickets to maintain their slas, without providing any solution.

                              Sometimes they will pretend my number is not registered with them, in order to avoid addressing the old tickets.
                              Sometimes they say their system is unable to register ticket.
                              They always say they will call back, but never do.

                              The supervisor also refused to provide number for their grievance cell.

                              Dear Sir, we have purchase the 03 su-kam UPS invertor March 2017 and after 03 months started issue regrading the not back up and charging, we have complain about the same of many time but till date no solution provide by Su-kum even complain close on his our end .
                              We had complained against our Inverter battery not keeping backup on 7april2018 with complain no 18808C09070418.
                              But till today we are suffering a lot and they are not doing anything.

                                  I have purchased a su-kam falcon hbu 1100/12vdc sine wave hups on 26/04/2017. Product serial no is 501b[protected]. My inverter is stop working on from31/08/2017. I have registered a complain in su-kam customer service (Mobile no.[protected]) on 01/09/2017 vied complain reference no. 24464c09010917. I was told the service engineer will visit in 72 hours but never saw him. Also i called the customer support several times and every time they mention they will send next day (Looks like some standard script) but never saw anyone. I called the manager (Mr. Khatua, cont. No [protected]) of asp kolkata, su-kam service centre several times and he always responds that he will be arrange an engineer to visit my premises next day but in vain. Would like to request you to arrange someone immediately as it is very urgent in point of view. But till date no action has been taken to resolve the problem.

                                  No action has been taken till date. The problem is still continuing. I have never seen this kind of customer service by Su-kam before. And after this incident I will not purchase any Su-kam product in future.

                                      I have a sukam solar system and it is not working. So that I registered complaint ( ref number - 16193C[protected] through customs care on May 27, 2017 regarding this but no one gives proper response.

                                      One engineer, who contact number is [protected], called me on May 27, 2017 and told me that he will come on May 29, 2017 but he didn't come. Today, he called me and told that he can't​ resolve any problem of Ghazipur district.

                                      Today, I called to customer care once again. They provide contact number of local service center (Rajesh - [protected]). When I called Rajesh, he gave contact number of another person ( Daramendra - [protected]), who didn't receive my call.

                                      So that I would like to know who will resolve my problem and when???

                                      We are use 2 hybrid inverter but now we are phasing problems in 2 inverter as per below:
                                      1. 5KVA - battery not charging from PV. we checked all batteries ok.
                                      2. 2.5 KVA- PCU on - off switch not working at switching time. and every day after 12 HR automatically shutdown PCU
                                      Our inverter can't charged our battery. But it's showing us charging.
                                      When we can use only single L.E.D.

                                        I have purchased the battery and inverter from rajat electronic seraikella on 02/11/2015. Care if vinayak enterprises​ jsr. Problem had come once in 01/09/16 and same battery has been repaired and given back to me. It is in guarantee period.

                                        Now again there is a same problem of battery backup. It's​not more than 30 minutes even only three led bulbs are lighting.

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        This is for your information, i am using Sukam product shark 900 which is got burnet and battery also get burnet because of this issue. this issue was happen tonight caused huge loss as my product battery and inverter get fully burned.
