Su-Kam — Inverter after sales service

I have a invertor which is in warranty and is making noise and lil sparks as well. i contacted the customer care and they told me to send the technician now but they said they will send him within 3 days and cant send now.
so i have to call someone else to look after the issue. thats pretty BS service from sukam
what is the use of service then.

Dear sir/mam

i purchase sukam battery in 15 june 2014 from mathura, company give three year warantty 15 days are left i already complaint before 25 days to dealer but he says sukam company is close and they will not responsible for that.what can i do.

We have purchased su-kam invertor+battry from Ahu Batteries zirakpur of 900w on 9-aug-17 at our address-hno-31, ist floor, vasant vihar phase-1, dhakoli, zirakpur(punjab).
Yesterday some sparking and flames arise from invertor and it stopped working showing load.
plase send some technician to check it

I purchased a su-kam battery on[protected] from Krishna Electronics in banka.The battery supplied to me was defective. I sent it to the service centre bhagalpur lasr month .but no progress.Please do needful. Thanks.
