I have purchased the sukam battery form dealer dolly Battery sangam vihar on date 13/03/2015. Battery is in warranty period but the person who visit for complaint is rejected my warranty and said that i have to buy new battery. if I have to buy new battery in one year, Why Should I take Branded product. I can take the local also which is easily available. My load is min. 1fan and two tube light.The name of the person is Mr. Gyan. My Battery is not providing Backup. My Name Akash Kumar Pachouri.
