The goods were purchased five months ago. I have the bill but lost Warranty Card, 24 month warranty over the product. Now Service Center and Company Person said you can't avail the warranty without warranty card, then i told him that issue me another warranty card then they said when you lost your warranty card the product is out of warranty. Service Center and Customer Care Associates are too rude. A peace of paper is more important then product. There is no Value of product. What happen when i lost my passport, i lost my sim card, i lost my Certificates, do i never get again. Company is cheating with their customer. Was this information helpful? | |||
