The staff at padi, furniture section have a very bad attitude of giving answers in a very bad manner for no faults done by the customers.
It has been more then 10 days after having paid in full for the items. The manager and staff have been saying that they would bring the items to us within next 1 hour every time you call them, but fail to do so.
Even when requested to refund the money, they are not responding to the customers.
More over, everytime, i visit there, i see some or other customers fighting with them for their items.
None of the management staff are available for providing any solution to the problems of the customers.
It seems the place is run only by the grace of god till it last, after which it might close down if the top management of the company does not take interest in seeing what the staff are doing and cheating the customers comming there. Was this information helpful? |
