padi shop - sofa set pre-0175 proforma no.2428 dt 04.03.2018 - defective

We have purchased a sofa set anterior set (Pre) model (3 seater, 2 seater and 2 seater diwan) for rs. 32, 450. The delivery date was given as 12.03.2018. However the delivery was delayed and delivered on 15.03.2018.
Same day we found that the 2 seater sofa right hand side is damaged and some wax like substance filled there. Same day we took photoes and lodged our complaint to your office to mob no. [protected]. We were told that the complaint will be attended soon. But after so many days some one attended and says that this defect can not be rectified. When again approahced your office we were told that it will be informed to higher authorities. But till date no solution and we are not happy with your defective goods delivered to us.

Hello sir,
I bought a sofaset and a table worth 15500 + 3065 on 13th oct 2017 from subha furniture store padi and paid full cash.
They promised me to deliver on 14th oct 2017 and scheduled the delivery as said. But the delivery was not done as promised.
When i tried to reach them i was unable to get a proper answer via their general front desk phone number.[protected] &[protected]
Please let me know how could i escalate this.
Could you please get me the manager number or supervisor number.
Please advice.

non supply of items for more than 10 days

The staff at padi, furniture section have a very bad attitude of giving answers in a very bad manner for no faults done by the customers.
It has been more then 10 days after having paid in full for the items. The manager and staff have been saying that they would bring the items to us within next 1 hour every time you call them, but fail to do so.
Even when requested to refund the money, they are not responding to the customers.
More over, everytime, i visit there, i see some or other customers fighting with them for their items.
None of the management staff are available for providing any solution to the problems of the customers.
It seems the place is run only by the grace of god till it last, after which it might close down if the top management of the company does not take interest in seeing what the staff are doing and cheating the customers comming there.

Really Subha Furniture Store has worst service in both delivery and communicating with customers. I had problem with furniture delivery vehicle driver. At subha furniture store - PADi, Chennai, the sales man Mr. Mohan (above 45 years old) informed me a delivery charge and delivery driver Mr. Siva from padi asked additional charge for delivery and argued that it has been mentioned in chart sheet. But later i checked the chart sheet, it is very less compared to the driver charge. I paid the money asked by the driver and the computer table got so many scratches and damage. After making the payment they delivered some damage computer table. VERY WORST SERVICE. There is no replacement or warranty.

Subha store, padi is the worst shop to purchase furniture. I bought one double cot from thr for 20, 000 rs on[protected]. First they said that it takes 3 days to delivery bcos they have to bring it from their godown so we payed 10, 000 rs and rest we said that on the time of delivery we will pay. Tuesday morning they called me that we r coming for delivery by 6'o clock evening it will come thr. But they came at 11'o clock nite and that auto person asking for full payment . We said without checking without fixing how we can give rest of the amount that person starts arguing atlast he called to one person and took back the material we said that i[censored] want we can give u ur delivery charge u leave the wood pieces tomorrow fitting person will came we will also get satisfied then we give the full amount. Bt he took all the wood pieces. Next day again they started calling to deliver the wood pieces and delivery person is also coming pls give the amount to the delivery person this is how are policy is and all. So this tym that other delivery person also demands for extra delivery charges of 350 rs we said this is not our fault y shud we again pay nite why that person take the wood pieces back. Any how hehe went with full remaining amount. Then delivery person came he starts fixing the cot so he found that one middle 6 ft piece is not delivered.. Nw subha store ppl saying on saturday we will send. And today on[protected] still we only hav those wood pieces only. They take thr full amount from us and we r sitting with wood pieces at our home. Nobody is listening to us our whole 20, 000 rs gone in waste. I would recommend no one should purchase any costly item from shubha store. No cutomer satisfaction u will get from thr. Your money will gonna be waste.
