I have visited subway#53244 sirhind yesterday (17/11/2017). The restaurant charged 18 % gst on the order and when questioned there is no reply from the concerned employee. All other restaurants in the area have started to charge 5% gst from 14th november, 2017 midnight but only subway is charging excess taxes to customers clearly flaunting government notification and orders.
Kindly start charging gst as per government rules and refund the customers the excess gst you have charged. Was this information helpful? |
