Jain options were limited and now the plain eggless mayonnaise has garlic powder in it.In india 25% people belong to the hindu jain caste where the diet is 100% veg and no underground roots including potato, onion and garlic. Keeping simple options like plain egress mayonnaise and mustard can take a long way to cater to jain customers also.

Live insect in my subway
Hi,
On 13th July, dinner- I had ordered Subway from HSR Layout, Bangalore branch.
After eating half of my subway. There was a live worm which crawled out.
This is sincere traumatic experience, as I eat regularly there.
This is a violation of multiple health codes.
Please take it up.

On 4th July, 2021 at about 1:47 PM, I had placed an order online and paid the total amount of Rs. 260/-. Online Order ID:[protected]. After waiting for some time for the order to be delivered, I learnt that subway has cancelled my order without intimating the same to me.

Your subway kohara staff is without masks and the person who is handling the cash counter and same is making our wraps without sanitizing his hands and same person is cleaning the tables

Got a mealworm in the salad that I ordered
I had ordered a salad from subway, vashi (Navi mumbai) today[protected]. While i was eating it, i got a mealworm in the salad. I had contacted swiggy as i had ordered from them. They had initiated the refund but that's not the point. Look, i would have eaten at least one-third of the salad and what's the guarantee that i might have not eaten the mealworm before i had seen it in the rest of the salad.
Look, i want some serious action to be taken. This is ridiculous as in today's situation, people are being fooled and precisely we need to maintain hygiene environment and provide foods that are safe to eat, and of course, i didn't receive one.

I am a regular customer of subway. Regularly give feedback to the restaurants. I am a frequent customer of your stores in gk 1, gk 2, candor gurgaon, kurla mumbai
So, today, after shopping in lajpat nagar market, south delhi, i went to the nearby subway in lajpat nagar
The ambience was there pathetic, i went straight to the counter for my order. They told me that sub of the day is not available and i can have veg seekh instead of that. The staff who was taking my order was so rude and was not looking any interested in making my sub. Please have a look on the cctv as well!!! They told me that they do not have lettuce and onion, on my question on that, he went inside and came back with the vegetables, all the vegetables were not at all fresh, cucumber was so tiny, 1 slice of cucumber was of size a coin. I asked him to atleast put more cucumber. The pickles, olives and jalapeño were looking rotten so i could not show the courage of asking him to add them. I asked him to put extra capsicum, he did that. Behind him, a very down class man came in casuals that they cannot put extra capsicum and went inside the staff area. He was literally misbehaving with me. I really wanted to slap him on that spot.
I was so furious and shouted on the staff to call the manager, and the man in casual clothes came and said that he is the manager. Like really?
A man with such a bad tongue, not a single layer of behaviour is a subway's manager? I can not believe this! I asked them to cancel the order and give me the authority's contact number, no one entertained me, no one was answering me. Just have a look on the cctv recording. Then, i went to the gk 1 store, and it was great there.
One more incident happened with me in the same restaurant but i did not reported it at that time. It was 3rd october 2019, i was sitting and having my sub, everything was fine till that time, the man in casuals and a female staff were arguing on some issue, slowly slowly the conversation heated up. They were literally shouting on each other. At a point when it was beyond limits, i asked them to maintain the decorum and continue their fight when i will leave.
I would certainly request subway authorities to look into the matter. The food is great, the staff is disgusting.
Otherwise i have to call consumer forum into this matter!

Unfortunately i have to write this complaint regarding the behaviour of the staff and subway outlet in churchgate, mumbai. Yesterday we called for paneer tikka salad, 3 aloo patty. Paneer was completely in bits rather than chunks so we told them to change it but they denied saying it comes like this. Moving on they added 3 pieces of olives in a salad and i am not exaggerating here. We told the lady to put more olives in the salad she denied and shouted on us ke if you want to buy it go ahead or don't. Later on the aloo patty they tell us only one sauce is allowed. I mean which subway outlet does this and we were so pissed we left the food uneaten. Other customers were also arguing with them. I asked them for their id cards to place a complaint they even denied that. Later we and another group came together and were going to approach police they got scared and agreed to give their names.
I am placing a complaint in the consumer court of india as well. This is the worst and the most dirty outlet of subway. The place and food stinks there.

While having Sub @ Hypercity store, Goregaon west...i found fly inside that and shockingly while it was told to store staff no one responded even attended the compalint...really pathetic behaviour by team and inefficiency in handling issues.
A brand like SUBWAY is treating its customers with such unhygienic food and best part is no one apologized from the team.

no sub of day in meerut (u. p.) subway outlet after 10pm

Lights closed after 10 p. M. & sub of the day will be charged under normal sub rates after 10 p. M.
Reason: we have done our closing.

food quality and bugs in the drink

When i went to phonix market city subway. The staff was to busy talking among themselves in marathi. One was saying to other you shouldn't make breads tge quality of bread comes out bad. Still i decided to go for meal deal so when i asked for drink there were bugs in tge first cup si i asked for another one after feeling up another cup the subway employee asked me to choose some other drink because even this one has bugs in it too. When i asked for managers number they were not ready to give me that. So decoded to not take food. Tgen they game the manager's number but tge manager is picking up the phone.
So disappointed in subway services for tge first time in 16 years of me eating it

product delivered was wrong and rs. 30 was charged for package

1) I had ordered for chicken strip in which instead of strip I was given teriyaki in the wrap and Rs. 30 was charged for packing the order in one small paper bag. 2) I also ordered veg sheek and chicken & turkey sub, in veg sub I mentioned that I didn't want lettuce and in non veg sub I didn't want cucumber but was order arrived had lettuce and cucumber in it.

I have visited subway#53244 sirhind yesterday (17/11/2017). The restaurant charged 18 % gst on the order and when questioned there is no reply from the concerned employee. All other restaurants in the area have started to charge 5% gst from 14th november, 2017 midnight but only subway is charging excess taxes to customers clearly flaunting government notification and orders.
Kindly start charging gst as per government rules and refund the customers the excess gst you have charged.

Iam a great fan and a loyal fan of subway chain of restaurants. I always had a great experience at your restaurants across india. This feeling was put under a drastic stake on my recent visit to one of your restaurants at "south mada street, ground floor, thiruvanmiyur, chennai-41", there wasn't any customers at your restaurant and when i stood by the counter for an order the person who attended had didn't even care about my presence and he was chitchatting with some one on his personal stuffs. Yet i waited patiently and that had person has still did not even have a courtesy to welcome me. That was the most embarrassing moment ever, getting unfair treatment from one of the leading restaurant chains across india. I left the premises in despair without making an order..
Still believing in your brand for the quality you maintain for treating customers fairly. Hope you would look into the same and improve the quality at the said branch.

I visited subway outlet at campal in panjim goa.
My bill amount was rs. 253.70
I paid my bill using my credit card. The amount charged to my card was rs. 254 instead of the actual rs. 253.70
When questioned, the team didn't have any answer to this.
This outlet maybe doing the same thing with other customers.

the sandwiches were not made properly

I had ordered 2 different subway sandwiches placed at bangalore airport.3 packed n one i had it with my friend. Pears n corn sandwich was good. The other 3was so bad that i had the throw them away. Paneer tikka, mexican patty and chatpata chana. It wasn't cooked properly at all. I paid so much and all the money gone waste. Please return my money back.

I ordered subway salad and what i found that it was pathetic. First the order took 50 mins to reach and then when i received it contained only vegetables. No sauce, nothing was there only cut down veggies and even the quantity was less than before. Whole of my money got wasted

While I was having my sub, found a strand of hair in chicken of the sub. I am really fond of subway bt this incident has really disappointed me and this makes me doubt about the hygiene as well as the quality of it . Highly disappointed .

Worst experience at phoenix mill lower parel. 17/9/17 at 8.35pm we were there. By seeing a big queue we asked is egg & chesee available? He said yes. Then we waited for 40 mins (Upto 9.10pm) in queue and the other staff said no its not available because its breakfast menu. No value for time. No coordination among staff. Very bad experience from subway though we are regular customer.

staff is rude and overcharging their customers
I often visit subway in sector 8 chandigarh, and i realise that each and every customer including me is overcharged. But the scheme is 1 plus 1 free in morning time 8:00 to 11:00am
I order him for 1 foot long veg subway the cost is 250/- and tax is 45/-the total is 295/-
And they charge 320/ -
The cost of veg 6 inches =135+tax=160
The cost of veg 12 inches =250+ tax=295
