Worst experience at phoenix mill lower parel. 17/9/17 at 8.35pm we were there. By seeing a big queue we asked is egg & chesee available? He said yes. Then we waited for 40 mins (Upto 9.10pm) in queue and the other staff said no its not available because its breakfast menu. No value for time. No coordination among staff.
