Subway India — staff behaviour

Unfortunately i have to write this complaint regarding the behaviour of the staff and subway outlet in churchgate, mumbai. Yesterday we called for paneer tikka salad, 3 aloo patty. Paneer was completely in bits rather than chunks so we told them to change it but they denied saying it comes like this. Moving on they added 3 pieces of olives in a salad and i am not exaggerating here. We told the lady to put more olives in the salad she denied and shouted on us ke if you want to buy it go ahead or don't. Later on the aloo patty they tell us only one sauce is allowed. I mean which subway outlet does this and we were so pissed we left the food uneaten. Other customers were also arguing with them. I asked them for their id cards to place a complaint they even denied that. Later we and another group came together and were going to approach police they got scared and agreed to give their names.
I am placing a complaint in the consumer court of india as well. This is the worst and the most dirty outlet of subway. The place and food stinks there.
The name of the staff is
Shraddha (She was abusive and rude)
Ranjan (Store manager who denied id cards or giving us the names)
Aum (Did our billing and was part of all this mess)
I am not going to leave this here. The outlet needs to be taken down or the staff.
