Successo Recruitment Services Private Limited — fraudulent job interview with false commitment

I was called by mr. Gaurav kumar over phone on 2nd november, 2017 and subsequently through mail on the same day, for a job interview by m/s "find job consaltant" at their ghaziabad office at 245, shakti khand-3, indirapuram, ghaziabad, up on 8th nov, 2017 at 11.00 am. The position is for vp-projects in reliance infrastructures. The mail stated 30% to 40% increase in salary package. Mr. Gaurav verbally confirmed that travelling expense would be reimbursed to me up to rs.20, 000.00 and shall be made through neft. I put it in record through a mail dated 4th nov, 2017.

Self visited the above office on the scheduled date and time. I was called and interviewed by mr. Raj sharma, gm. It was understood that the interview call/mail made by mr. Gaurav kumar was through their contractor. Visiting card given by mr. Sharma bore the name of mr. Akram (Mobile no. [protected]) was in the name of "successo recruitment services pvt. Ltd.

It was confirmed by mr. Sharma that the interview call was for vp-projects in rinfra. Job locations are either at jamnagar, ncr or mumbai. He also took rs.12, 600.00 for paid service opted by me (Receipt given in lieu of payment) for assisting in getting reimbursement of travelling expense and also confirmed recruitment (Though not mentioned in the receipt). It was confirmed to me that my cv was shortlisted by rifra and appointed m/s successo recruitment for the recruitment process. It was also intimated to me that i would receive a mail from rinfra on 9th nov, 17 wherein a link would be provided to upload my travelling expenses with bank details and within 48 hours o[censored]ploading, the travelling expense would be reimbursed. Further, i would receive a technical interview call from rinfra on 11th nov, 17 post-lunch.

Unfortunately, i had received neither any mail from rinfra nor any interview call. Matter was informed to mr. Akram over phone as well as through mail. Mr. Akram confirmed that the date of interview had been deferred to 14.11.2017. Mail for uploading travelling expenses would be received on the same date.

The process of giving dates continued from 14.11.17 to 30.11.17 and now to 15.12.17.in the meantime, i had cross-checked with rinfra hr department when they confirmed that there is no position of vp-projects for interview was called and that they have not appointed m/s successo recruitment for this purpose.

I strongly believe that m/s successo recruitment is a fraud company involved in fooling the candidates and extracting money luring them for confirmed recruitment. Hence strong exemplary action must be taken against this company so that such fraud companies do not dare to take such fraudulent activities. I also approach the consumer forum with request to get my travelling expense to the tune of rs.15, 000/- as well as the amount of rs.12, 600/- refunded.
