Sub : complaint of misselling/fraudlent sale of policy

Dear sir,
I ramesh chandra mishra having policy no : 01051971 of your company for the plan namely elite assure plan (Regular traditional).in this regard, kindly note that at the time of first meet with your representative he explained the benefit & policies details o[censored]lip single premium plan. Further on good faith i have authorized him to debit rs.178195 from my account for such plan. However on receipt of policy document it come to my notice that same was for elite assure plan (Regular traditional) instead o[censored]lip single premium plan.
With the intention of misselling your representative does not represent the company in good faith. I am not happy with such this event & i want to discontinue this policy. Request you to kindly return back my money & cancel the policy on immediate basis.
