We had paid 81000 n due to COVID-19 we were unable to pay. I had my cesarean n was in need of money as my husband had lost job and company denied our claim. We waited for 3 years to complete and today I called them and they are saying they won't pay us single rupee. They say all insurance companies has same rule... Sir please pay our money 81000 that we paid. We are really in need of money.

    I had applied Bank of India, pathankot punjab near indra colony gate It was told to us by the bank that the insurance is required to be taken for the We have taken the insurance policy as per the instructions by Bank of India though we had no interested. our 31936 Rs. was blocked in the insurance unnecesarily. We are no more interested in contnuing policy. The policy was given to us forcefully saying We are requesting Star Union Di Ichi for the cancellation of the policy and to return us the full amount i.e. Rs. 32936 also i sumbit all document by cancel before 15 days but its not cancel kindly action againt

            I took this policy in 2017 and now I am regretting .Ipaid 2 years premium and then due to financial issues could not pay for 2 years .The company sent me an SMS that i could pay by Jan 31, 2021 without any reinstatement charges .When I went to pay a whopping 18000 Rs was mentioned as reinstatement charges .Again I wrote to customer care and they replied saying now the amount is withdrawn .Again when I went to pay they were asking for 9000 rs reistatement fees.I have 2 other policies in Max Life and OBC Canara which also I had delayed .But they did not charge me anything for reinstatement .Besides they do not give loan against the policy
            This company is taking customers for a ride and IRDA should haul them up

              I have a policy of the above plan and now regret having taken it .I had taken it in 2017 and paid 2 years premium .Due to financial circumstances I was unable to pay the next 2 years premium .The company sent me an SMS that I could reinstate the policy if I paid by Jan 31, 2021

                            Policy name: guarantee money back (10 years)

                            Due to some personal reason i had to surrender the above policy after 3 years.
                            I surrendered the policy based on the advise of sud life agent who assured me that i will receive atleast the 90 % of the amount i paid. But unfortunately the amount i received was even less than half of the total paid amount.

                            This was really very irresponsible behaviour & suggestion from sud life agent

                            So now i want to revive my surrendered policy. Also i am ready to refund the amount i recieved during surrender of my policy.

                                I Brij Yadav have taken a home loan from Bank of India, Paschim Vihar Branch in the month feb-18. The loan has been cleared and disbursed as per my requirement. After 1 months’ time one of your sales executive by the name of Mr. Ashish approached to me for insurance to secure my loan. I ask him to come to me with all the details, that I am also interested to take the policy to secure my loan. He came to me and make me understand that the said policy is best product for your loan protection.

                                But at the time of CPV visit I came to know that both the policies are not covering my loan. Both the policies are simple life insurance policy which was not cleared to me by sales officer and he is manipulate the words to sell his product. I am requesting you to cancel the both the policy and refund my premium. please feel free to call me for any further information or clarification
