I am a Bank of India customer, and one of your agent sell me your policy[protected] with wrong information, saying that i will get 8 lakh after 5 year and i can withdraw 90percent of the amount after 4 year but when I received the documents via post something else was mentioned in it related to policy then after two days i got the confirmation call from sudlife and i told that person on call that i dont want this policy so he said we will...

We had paid 81000 n due to COVID-19 we were unable to pay. I had my cesarean n was in need of money as my husband had lost job and company denied our claim. We waited for 3 years to complete and today I called them and they are saying they won't pay us single rupee. They say all insurance companies has same rule... Sir please pay our money 81000 that we paid. We are really in need of money.

I had applied Bank of India, pathankot punjab near indra colony gate It was told to us by the bank that the insurance is required to be taken for the We have taken the insurance policy as per the instructions by Bank of India though we had no interested. our 31936 Rs. was blocked in the insurance unnecesarily. We are no more interested in contnuing policy. The policy was given to us forcefully saying We are requesting Star Union Di Ichi for the cancellation of the policy and to return us the full amount i.e. Rs. 32936 also i sumbit all document by cancel before 15 days but its not cancel kindly action againt

I Mr. Bhanwrlal Malechand Ostwal was purchased Health insurance Plan name - Aarogyam with your SUD life. My policy was issued Dated -19/04/2019 policy no. 01315533.
I submitted all the required documents and was go through the medical also.
At the time of medical I mentioned about my BP n medicine which I am taking. Also I already applied for auto debit for this policy.
My policy is issued without any extra premium.
This is my 3rd year of the policy due to covid situation bank not allowed any one enter into the branch. I was not aware that my premium was not deduct from my account. During all this situation there is no single reminder call or SMS from bank or SUD life employees. My due date is[protected] on this date my bank balance was near about 400000/ - amt. But still my premium was not debited by bank.
When I realized that my premium was pending I go to bank and deposit check my own. chq. Dated -31.5.2021 amt rs.. 51759 chq no. 382878.
After 2 months in the month of July SUD bank employee Mr. Umesh Joshi required good health declaration. I submitted same requirements. After fulfilled requirements suddenly he required for medical which is paid by client. That I denied. After that last month dated 12 Aug 2021 again which medical without pay by me. I undergone through the medical that time also I mentioned about my BP n medicine for the same this time also. My all reports is normal.
After that my policy was not revive .so I am continues calling to the branch for status of the issuance but no reply.
Suddenly dated -17 September 2021 I received letter for extra premium due to View of Hypertension . Extra premium amt. Rs.8174..
I m not satisfied with this decision and not willing to pay any single amt for this.
Pls look into the matter with highly priority. My money is stuck from last 5 months who is responsible for this now.
What about interest on this entire Amt.? What if there is something medical emergency happens with me??
Kindly solve this issue As early as possible.

Sir my policy 01327928 in the name of ketan Panchal due to covid 19 we suffers a lot we required fund so we want to surrender the policy we have given all the required document and a cancel cheque of state bank of India in the name of ketan Panchal.my home 10 km away from bapunagar branch I m very much frustrated for getting my own money with a loss of approx 107000, very bad experience with sud life never suggest to any1,...

I have ur policy last year but ur staf[censored]r employee is very bad cruel nd irresponsible person I never suggest this type of employee nd bank nd this policy or plan nd registered police complaint against ur employee Himansu Soni located bapunagar shyam shikhar branch under union bank manager Makwana sir no body helpful.

I like to change mode of payment but no help was done by the sud life office

I took this policy in 2017 and now I am regretting .Ipaid 2 years premium and then due to financial issues could not pay for 2 years .The company sent me an SMS that i could pay by Jan 31, 2021 without any reinstatement charges .When I went to pay a whopping 18000 Rs was mentioned as reinstatement charges .Again I wrote to customer care and they replied saying now the amount is withdrawn .Again when I went to pay they were asking for 9000 rs reistatement fees.I have 2 other policies in Max Life and OBC Canara which also I had delayed .But they did not charge me anything for reinstatement .Besides they do not give loan against the policy
This company is taking customers for a ride and IRDA should haul them up

I have a policy of the above plan and now regret having taken it .I had taken it in 2017 and paid 2 years premium .Due to financial circumstances I was unable to pay the next 2 years premium .The company sent me an SMS that I could reinstate the policy if I paid by Jan 31, 2021

Sir my policy 00921544 in the name of shilpa agrawal sirs due to covid 19 we suffers a lot we required fund so we want to surrender the policy we have given all the required document and a cancel cheque of bank of baroda in the name of shilpa agrawal.they rejected saying that they only transfer in bank of india saving account which was least in use.my home is 80 km away from jamshedpur branch I m very much frustrated for getting my own money with a loss of approx 37000.Tell me please you only give money to bank of india account why?very bad experience with sud life never suggest to any1,

I am a chartered accountant and a reputed customer of boi also with sud.. But few day back when i visited the nirman vihar branch the attitude was too rude. A banker with your executive was.. Both di his personal chat like gf bf in a bank branch they are not replying for any queries and sud executive like do something special for impressing the banker what is
This sud can plz explain or delete this complaint

Last year union bank manager of nungambakkam branch - chennai) and saravanan of sud life pressurised me (A. Deva kumar-[protected]) to put the policy and took the amount as excess from my account[protected]. Which i was not happy and interested. So, kindly close the policy and return back to my account and that amount will be more helpful for other purposes

I want to surrender my policy no.00778458. Pls close my policy and return my amount. I all ready complaint about it but no responce your side. I think that u insist me to go legal way. Due to some personal reason i had to surrender the above policy after 3 years.
I surrendered the policy based on the advise of sud life agent who assured me that i will receive atleast the 90 % of the amount i paid. But unfortunately the amount i received was even less than half of the total paid amount.

This was really very irresponsible behaviour & suggestion from sud life agent

So now i want to revive my surrendered policy. Also i am ready to refund the amount i recieved during surrender of my policy.

Dear Team,

I Brij Yadav have taken a home loan from Bank of India, Paschim Vihar Branch in the month feb-18. The loan has been cleared and disbursed as per my requirement. After 1 months’ time one of your sales executive by the name of Mr. Ashish approached to me for insurance to secure my loan. I ask him to come to me with all the details, that I am also interested to take the policy to secure my loan. He came to me and make me understand that the said policy is best product for your loan protection.

But at the time of CPV visit I came to know that both the policies are not covering my loan. Both the policies are simple life insurance policy which was not cleared to me by sales officer and he is manipulate the words to sell his product. I am requesting you to cancel the both the policy and refund my premium. please feel free to call me for any further information or clarification

My above noted policy matured on
Nov 2017 credited in my a/c on 20/12/17 by sudlife for rs.59535/_. But in pan no aappr4652j. Sudlife has deposited tds rs.1215/_ for amount credited to me rs121500/-which is wrongly shown in form 26as of my pan. Pl verify your record and advise the factual position to it department and me. I have received only rs.59535/-

Sir i have a complaint against sud life i. I didn't receieved interest from the company. I have given premium to almoast five year. I have police complaint also. My policy no.00719844.
