Hi, Our company name is SANMRITI.. We are one of the customers of Sugam IT Services. I am herewith to share my grievance with you. I had given the contract to Sugam IT Services in the month of Nov14 to install and provide me the security services for my office.. Since then I have been facing lots of security issues. Inspite of contacting them I have not heard anything from them.. My services are not working properly inspite been assured.. Now I am looking for a compensation wish to close the services with them. This is not acceptable that after taking the money from the customer they are not bothering about their customers concern. This is matter of security. Therefore, I want strict action against them so that in future they should not make customer's like us fool. The details are below : Sugam IT Services.
