As per your cancellation policy, there is no provision for individual cancellation, need to make the whole cancellation.

This is not the right way of doing and your policy should be userfriendly to the customer and should be mutually benefitted, but your existing policy is like cheating the customer...

The staff behavior was hopeless. He started yelling at us just because we were 30 mtrs away from the boarding point. We were confused because a lot of buses were parked there.

Even after we started walking towards the bus, he kept yelling. When we asked him to speak properly, he threatened to leave us behind and actually moved the bus.

On 27th april 2018 me and my sister were travelling from bangalore to mangalore.

Bus left bangalore at: 9:45pm (Race course).
The bus driver was too rash in driving. And the bus was at very high speed. Warn the driver regarding this. This kind of service made us to rethink whether to book sugama or not.
And some days before we even heard one accident...

I'm a frequent traveller with sugama but never faced any issue till i travelled yesterday from goa to bangalore dated: 30-mar-18 with pnr: 4498515. The driver used abusing words in kannada. Issue was he was moving the bus when a old lady was climbing into bus followed by few more ladies. When informed about it he got pissed on me n my friend and started abussing. Hopefully proper action will be taken against them. It's spoiling your travels...

Worst experience, route no - 40.. Dated 11/03/18. Bangalore - karwar - goa. Never travel with elder people. When they requested to stop the bus near toll gate for nature call driver refused to stop the bus.. Morning 4 o'clock when bus stoped they almost left my parents in the dark forest near yellapur.. This is not the 1st time experience couple of time it has happened with the same route no 40.

I am traveling in sugama bus number q from kinngoli to bangalore. Ticket dated 9th march 2018. The seat which was the last seat had the same fare as others but was a suffocating one. The details shown in the online booking site www.sugamatourist.com does not show the condition of the seat. Even after paying as same as others i got a seat which is not fit for human travel....
