My pickup time was suppose to be 8:53 pm and it is 10:05 pm now and still no show.

I call the driver and he will say I don’t know how long will it take.

It is very unfair as customer. They didn’t updated us about the delay prior.

Delay of almost 1.5 hours now and they say traffic and time I don’t know.

How can such business even be allowed in our country.

What kind of reply is that.

    tirupati package

    Tirupati package arrangements are very disappointing. Hotel not having lift we require d to go to third floor by stairs. Food is very bad. Idly was half baked.esrlier I had booked itdc it was very good. Next time I will not book suguma. And will tell my friends also to not book on suguma.
    The price per head is 2500 compared to 220 in itdc. Very disappointed with service. it's spoiled the trip....

    stealing

    Someone stole my power bank, data cable, and ear phones and when i tell the driver he's least bored and says you slept alone who will come there. It was bus travelling to bailhongal from bangalore on 12 feb ka51ac5463 do something 🙄 i think the people who belong to sugama only must have stolen that is why they are least bothered. Also except for them who roams around the seats in midnight...

    Misleading information&seat service for drivers

    Misleading information to passenger

    I have booked bus ticket from gokak to ragavendra temple jp nagar bangalore on 28.01.18 through sugama bus, i have been alloted seat no 13u. Bus no ka 52 ab2159 all dravirs&cenares seat servicing without booked passengers. Onther thing is
    That booked bus goes to beneragatta. Since i was carry luggages hence i am particular about bus rout via ragavendra temple stop but he telling to jayanagar stop is last. Hes changed to rout.

    Compare to other trallaves good. Very warts drivers.

      I have been travelling in this bus past 3 (The only reason being there is no alternate bus which picks up at my location. Else this travel is a big no!!)
      - the biggest difficulty is booking the tickets. All seats are blocked by agent and when trying to book through agent they show you arrogance and reply rudely.
      - my first travel to bangalore and i get dropped at the last stop without being notified at 5 am in the morning.
      - pick time says 930pm bus arrives at 11
      - when bus arrives 10 minutes early (Happens once in a blue moon) the driver leaves us at actual pickup point and asks us to board from a place ~8 km away in blore
      Kindly request the staff to be a bit courteous to the customers and understand the difficulty we face by blocking all tickets and making our lives difficult.

        I didn't recieve any cancellation refund even aftr more than a month
        I cancelled my ticket on oct 28 n now is almost two months till now nobody responded properly very upset with the kind of service provided
        Inspite of calling customer care on of the person was too harsh in speaking better train them properly.
        I want my money back

          It was 11:30pm in the night. The bus ka.30.9528, was using the fast tag lane illegally which is not right and hindering the route of normal rest of the world trying to use the fast tag lane. The driver was constantly on the phone rather than focussing on the road and the chaos he was causing. 2+1 executive sleeper coach bus on the way to nelamangala at the toll gate is where the incident took place. He did not even have lane discipline to drive. How can you hire such drivers who is such a threat to the lives of other passengers?

          Sugama bus #33 . Bangalore to Gulbarga is very very dirty. Bedsheets are not cleaned, foul smell is coming in the Bus. Looks like since a year they haven't cleaned the Bus. But the date of bus is very high. Not at all worth it

            Traveling from Mangalore to Bangalore pickup at bc road pinto complex. Route no. PY 05 A 45.Sugama Route P.
            Driver name Harish [protected].
            Pickup delayed by 40 mins. When questioned the driver answered rudely to senior citizens. Request for strict actions to be taken to avoid such occurrences in the future. Kindly make sure drivers or conductors behave in a civilized way with the senior citizens and the ladies before the matter goes out of hand.

              Hi,

              I was traveling with family on 17th Sept night from Mangalore to Bangalore in Sugama "H". The driver was unwilling to stop on the way for passing urine. His preferred stop seemed to be at Hassan. Please note, you need to give atleast one stop for using the rest room / urinals during this journey especially when someone is requesting. Identify appropriate locations which can be used even by the ladies.

              We would board the bus by 10.00pm and would need a break in between the journey before reaching Bangalore. Ladies are worst impacted as they have to control all the way. Stopping in the middle of the forest is not an option due to the risk involved.

              Please INSTRUCT your drivers to be sensitive to the needs of these passengers and stop the bus as appropriate.

                Sugam tourist bangalore. Cheated my money rs. 493 denied to cancel the bus ticket before 6 days of the journey date

                I booked a bus ticket online through sugama tourist website to go to my native place ankola on 06 sep 2018 for my journey date 13 sep 2018.

                Next day on 07 sep 2018 because of my personal schedules. I required to prepone my journey date for one day before my travel date to 12 sep 2018. Online i started in the sugama tourist website there was an option prepone/postpone immediately i clicked the option after adding necessary details of my ticket and date of travel my ticket got cancelled and i have received the sms saying my ticket is cancelled. Immediately i called the bus operator in gandhinagar - bangalore and i requested them to please prepone it or allow me to activate the ticket so that i can book for the date 12 sep 2018 if any additional amount i will pay but they informed me that your ticket got cancelled and the money will be refunded with in 3 to 4 working days.
                So i gone ahead to book in another public transport ksrtc. After some time
                I have received the e-mail saying that your sugama travels cash coupon is generated validity date to use this is 30 sep 2018.

                Again immediately i called them and told because you confirmed me over phone my ticket got cancelled i already booked ticket in other operator so please cancel my ticket or coupon because i am not suppose to travel again in your stipulated date before 30 sep 2018. For that if you require you can deduct 10% amount and refund the rest of the money,

                But they denied for it by saying once coupon is generated we can not cancel after 30the sep 2018 if not used money wil not be returned
                I told them it is wrong to tell like that because 6 days before my journey date you are saying like this.

                Operator told me that you will not get laddu like that.

                I am asking my money and i have the rights to ask i have not asked their money.

                If i have clicked the prepone or postpone date it should show me alternative available date but not to cancel the ticket and impose their own law.

                It shows they intentionally set that option in their software

                I want to ask the operator

                Is this also the way of making money??

                Is this not cheating???

                Hi I have not received any response by Cheaters.

                I stopped booking Ticket with Sugama Tourist

                Message to the People who book the online ticket in SUGAMA Travels and Ticketsimply.com BEWARE of these two better and safer to Choose other travels because these two cheated my money.
                Upper windows air Passing
                Not cofertable to sleep
                And driver verry rash to passenger
                Bus no.KA 51 B 1075 Sringeri.
                Very cool in Window open not closed the window . because very tight the window does not comfortable
                Take any action very bad conditions
                Driver is insane...he scolded us in offensive words he wanted throw his hands at us.
                We just kept quite because of his misbehavior

                  This is regarding the cancellation of one passenger who is about travel from bangalore to gulbarga on 8th sept 2018.

                  As per your cancellation policy, there is no provision for individual cancellation, need to make the whole cancellation.

                  This is not the right way of doing and your policy should be userfriendly to the customer and should be mutually benefitted, but your existing policy is like cheating the customer with your stringent policy.

                  Request you to required action and do the needful for cancellation one of the passenger.

                    Hello team,

                    I have raised this concern over phone and email and haven't received any resolution yet. Hence, had to raise the complaint in this forum.

                    Pnr is 5031106 for journey mangalore to bangalore busno. Ka 51 b 3138, travel date : 19-aug-2018 left mangalore at 10 pm

                    Our bus broke down at mudigere around 2.30am. There was no alternative transportation provided. We had to wait there with no help since other buses were all full. Finally at 5pm we boarded ksrtc sarige, once again paid on our own and reached back bangalore only after 11am.

                    When we contacted sugama customer care, they confidently replied over email saying "bus didn't breakdown, hence no refund". We did attach all the details also ksrtc ticket as proof!!

                    When we called them up, they asked us to come to their main office along with ksrtc ticket, later they'll check and refund only the ksrtc amount.

                    We booked ticket online, would expect the refund online too.

                    Requesting you to please look into this issue asap. It's not about the refund. It's about the inconvenience caused to 40 passengers, especially the elderly people, kids who were travelling. Hope such problems do not come up in the future and bus operators don't neglect such issues.

                    Our bus routed badami to bangalore. Route no 17. Bus number ka51b3140 ..had broken near gada. .it should reach gadag by 9.20. But still we r away from gadag.15km . Waiting for tire to fixed. N it's already 11.30pm. .dnt know when they will fix tires.
                    One this is for sure. Never going to travelling in sugama in my life again

                      Not sure whether he is a travel agent or not, named shivu g from tumkur, i am getting unwanted calls and messages from the person from different contact numbers. As the customers provide their contact numbers while booking the tickets, these kind of people are troubling customers. Please enquire it and take actions. If it continues, i will go for police to help on this.

                        I booked 3 ticket (1 male and 2 female member) online having PNR:4806084 . Pick up and Drop both location was selected as it was displayed on drop down (Kormangala Sony Signal). Pickup was not done as per specified place also as per the time. When I called they wasted 20 min. Then driver called and he asked me to come to different location 5 kilometer far from my pickup location. Even he talked rudely. It was very difficult to move from one place to other place when we have old Female members and also It was raining heavily. Anyhow we reached as per their statement. There we waited for 30 min and then somehow he picked after so many continuous phone calls. Drashan Service was also not good as per the mark. Hotel where food was provided was also bad. While returning back at around 10 PM, again they didn't drop the place as it was selected while booking. This time driver & conductor were behaving badly. And they dropped me at silk board instead of Sony Signal Kormangala. It was really a very bad experience with Sugama Tourists. The statement what they told is really disgusting. "You booked online, so ask online to drop there. I will not drop you".
                        I suggest not to go for this travels at all.

                          I am Sreejith NV, booked a seat from Byadgi to Mangalore (Railway Station) from Byadgi booking office on 09/07/2018 and travelled on same day, seat no.1 Upper(sleeper seat)
                          My dropping point was Certral Railway station and I heared it's a dedicated bus to Parasuram express. Even though bus operators dropped me around 400m from the Railway station in a Rainy day.
                          It was very disappointed me got a bad experience from your side.

                            This is amit massand from mangalore. I have booked my ticket on 13 the june 2018 on online from bangalore to mangalore for 1/7/2018pnr.4862533. Due some reason i am not able to go so i want to cancel my ticket which was booked online. Online cancellation was not allowed me. I contacted each and every numberes which i have found still nobody cancel my bus ticket. One number finally they gave telling by this number you can cancel online ticket which was lifted by computer telling our server is under maintenance please mail us. After mailing there is no reply. I went personally to their office but still they are not ready to give my money back. Please take strict action against this travel.

                              This was about my ride from bangalore to mangalore on june 28 2018.

                              This complaint is actually written while i am travelling. Since the route is redirected to mangalore through madikeri, the staff members in took several people in to the bus for loose cash. As it is thursday, several seats were unoccupied. This is the reason the staff members did something of this kind. I hope some action will be taken on this regard.

                                Comments: The bus driver did not allow to board the bus even after waiting for 10 min at the venue the driver harassed my wife and left within 30 sec when asked to wait for just 2 min so that we can park the bike. we were left drowned in heavy rain in Goa due to cyclones mentally disturbed and left alone in the middle of the road in the evening even tried to contact the abhibus customer care. we were kept for hold for more than 30 min.the customer care executive is Shiva time of cal is 6 00PM 10 june2018. Very horrible and scrary experience for me and my wife we have the evidence of the incident with localities and staff of petrol bunk where we supposed to board the bus.Kindly consider this issue seriously and take immediate action.

                                  The staff behavior was hopeless. He started yelling at us just because we were 30 mtrs away from the boarding point. We were confused because a lot of buses were parked there.

                                  Even after we started walking towards the bus, he kept yelling. When we asked him to speak properly, he threatened to leave us behind and actually moved the bus.

                                  I have never experienced such unruly behavior by travels before. Never booking sugama again.
