Sugama Tourists — complaint on driver as well as helper

I'm a frequent traveller with sugama but never faced any issue till i travelled yesterday from goa to bangalore dated: 30-mar-18 with pnr: 4498515. The driver used abusing words in kannada. Issue was he was moving the bus when a old lady was climbing into bus followed by few more ladies. When informed about it he got pissed on me n my friend and started abussing. Hopefully proper action will be taken against them. It's spoiling your travels reputation. Please keep me informed about the same.
