I am writing this complaint on behalf of my cousin to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent journey with your service scheduled on 25th June at 8:05 PM from Bangalore to Shastri Circle.

As per the schedule, the bus was expected to reach Shastri Circle around 7:10 AM on 26th June, but even as of 11:30 AM, the bus had still not reached the destination and was reportedly...

Bus number Ka 51 b 3138 has broken down in Akki Alooru due to gear box issue. This issue was there from pas 150 kilometres and driver called the Sugama agents it seems. BUT THE ALTERNATE BUS THEY HAVE ARRANGED IS COMING FROM Bangalore to Sirsi which will take minimum 5 hours. We are in the middle of the jungle and there is no way that we will reach Bangalore by 7 pm as committed in their booking site. Nevertheless this place is full of mosquito, taking dengue cases into consideration Sugama not even one percent cares about the customer. I TRIED REACHING CUSTOMER SERVICE 36 TIMES. CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER IS[protected] but no one is picking the call. I tried all the alternate options from Google to reach customer service. With no doubt they are not reachable. We paid 1600 rs for this travel and thought that we will reach Bangalore safely from Kumta. But now we got stucked here from past 3 hours with no solution and we are loosing our money too.

    Respected sir,

    Monday[protected] i booked suguma tourist bus (Ka 51 aj 4964) in make my trip from mangalore (Boarding point - 11.00 pm) to jigani (Dropping point-7.30 am 25/06/24). Pnr:13509784.
    Morning they told to change bus at indiranagar which is ka 51 aj 4147 of another suguma bus. Already the bus is running 2 hour late from time.
    After every passenger get down only me was left. Driver told me to get down in electronic city and he shouted towards me. My dropping point is jigani.
    He is saying that: "its late, he want to go to home. Instead of jigani i will drop you in gottikere. He cant drop me at jigani" (I dont know name of driver). I refused many times. He is forcing me to get down.
    Already iam late to my office time. Atlast he dropped me at bommmasandra instead of jigani at 9.52 am (Which is 2 hr 22 minute late from dropping time). From there i taken another line bus and reached jigani at 10.15 am.
    Because of this incident i forced to take half day leave from my company.
    The driver is very harsh and rude.. He is not thinking about passengers situation.
    If driver can take his own decision then why dropping point is given?
    Very poor experience from suguma travels.
    I hope you will take strict action towards it. I need compensation of it.
    I will give you more evidence as i have photos and vedios of it

          One of the terrifying experience due to unprofessional behaviour of sugama tourists driver and conductor. I traveled in Sugama from Banglore to Udupi through PNR 12545464. I have informed driver about my change in pickup point and adjusted my journey according to the scheduled provided by red bus. At 9:00PM Driver had informed me that he would reach the pickup point around 9:40 which was originally scheduled around 10:03. He kept on calling and irritated me to reach the venue by 9:40. He reached around 9:36 to the pick up point and I had informed I would reach in another 10 minutes. He started giving reason like there is no parking space to wait and kept insisting me to catch the bus at further stops which I clearly denied and asked to wait. He still kep on calling for every 2 minutes so I had to literally ignore when I was 1 minute away from pick up point. He took that as an opportunity and left the pick up point as we reached. We literally saw bus living as we get down from car. We had to call to tell him to stop the bus for which he kept on yelling and complaining about me not reaching the venue by 9:40. He kept arguing with my friend and start to move the bus indicating that he would leave without me. When me and my friends opposed this behaviour he kept telling the same they are doing favour by providing service to us. He also made fun o[censored]s that they are providing more for the money we are paying. It is a very bad personal experience to me and my friends. Giving silly reason like no space to wait for customer and creates traffic jam shows how bad the whole Sugama system is. When me and my friends opposed his behaviour he also proudly mentioned that we can complaint as he was sure that nobody will take action.

            Dear sir/ Madam,

            I have been a long time customer of Sugama travels . My name is Ajith
            Complaint details as follows
            Route Bangalore yellapur (S-2)
            In last 2 months I experienced following issues :
            In all 3 instances I had chosen Indiranagar near petrol bunk as pickup location
            1. Cleaner/ driver called me and asked to come to Mg road metro station at ( I was told to be there by 9.40 ) bus arrived 10.50
            2. This time I was asked to come near Indiranagar metro station after 8.40 by cleaner.
            3. Today was worst - I could see pick up time at Indiranagar as 9.10
            Driver calls me and tells to come by 8.45
            When tracker clearly shows that he is still in Silk Board I called at 8.25 .
            I reached the spot at 8.50 driver is still in
            Driver lingaraju and Nazir is giving wrong information and incorrect details every time and making people wait for hours
            When enquired for the same
            Driver is very harsh and yelling at us

            We have been using Sugama from the day it started service from vadiraja math
            This kind of behaviour is completely not expected from such a great service provider
            I kindly request for call back from concerned authority for this complaint

              Conductor Misbehavior

              Incident took place on 16th Nov Sugama travel bus from Manipal to Mysore..Conductor misbehaved my raising hand on my brother..He held my brother's collar and has pulled him...he has also hit my brother on his chest..In bus the Conductor was using abusive words...The bus didn't drop my brother at the selected drop point..This is totally unacceptable to do these things to a passenger...

              Just asked to driver to stop for 5 minutes to just hand over the phone to my friend then he is using abusive language and driving much faster. The driver name is manjunath and he was also drunk.

                Dear Sir,

                I am Advocate Shubha Deshpande. I am right now traveling with Sugama Travels Bus No. KA 51 AA 9177. I had booked Seat No. L1. This seat is filled with big tiny cockroaches in and around the seat, windows, curtains and in all corners. There are just so many cockroaches here. I have images I want to share with you. This is the dirtiest bus I have even been in.

                I asked the driver to change my seat at least but since everything is fully booked they could not accommodate my request. I will have to sit all night and not get good night's sleep due to this issue. Why is this bus in such an unfit condition? The customers paying for this have the basic expectation that cleanliness would be maintained.

                I am extremely enraged by this unprofessional behaviour and Sugama travels needs to take care of the upkeep of their buses.

                Moreover another complain that causes great inconvenience was that I had selected Rajajinagar Metro Station as my pick up point and when I was there on time waiting for the bus for almost half and hour, I get a call fr the driver that the bus will come only to yeshwantpur. Why was this not informed to me before?

                All of these events have caused great mental agony and I demand from you an entire refund of Rs. 1627.50 paid for this journey from Bangalore to Belgaum. I booked the ticket through redbus app where I have written a similar complaint.

                If my request is not taken seriously, I will be forced to initiate legal action against your bus company.

                Please do the needful and at least refund my amount.

                  Hi Sugama,

                  This is worst experience i have faced. I traveled today 9/8/2023 in Sugama KA 51 AD 5297 cleaner took money from passenger and giving seats randomly without booking in sugama this is not acceptable. cleaner named Deepak was very rude.

                    The buses are the worst. Almost everytime that I travelled via sugama they have one or the other issues with the buses. They don't fix them. If they know they have issues, why do even put them on road? We are stranded in the middle of nowhere travelling from Bangalore to Gulbarga on 26th June. Do you think people don't have any other work other than being stranded here?
                    They keep changing pick up points send pick up bus and take forever to get us to that point

                      Currently I am travelling in a sugama travel bus, initially
                      1.The bus is notatall clean.
                      2. The driver and the other person sitting next to the driver they both are totally rude and and speaking rudely with lady who is my mother they don't have customer value atall
                      Speaking badly and rudely with ladies is not acceptable, I want to escalate this to higher authorities. Provide me the details of your higher authorities.
                      3. NO VALUE TO CUSTOMER, I usually prefer sugama and I am a frequent traveller wherein I prefer sugama but this time I am facing to many problems. If this is happening i gonna surely switch to some other travel agency.
                      Currently I am travelling, and I will provide you the details, I want this to be investigated and action needs to be taken, and revert back to me as soon as possible.

                          The cleaner is in intoxicated condition and not able to mange himself. This is unacceptable and intolerable as my wife and kid are travelling alone and are finding it difficult to manage.

                            Abusive language used by driver

                            Wanted to raise a serious concern on our travel experience with Sugama travels

                            Background on what happened : we had booking on 23rd Apr from Adoni to Bangalore.

                            We were waiting at the designated place opp RT C bus stand main road in Adoni at 10 :30 PM was accompanied with my brother who came to see me and my family off.
                            Driver or cleaner gave us a call and asked us to come to bypass road as they were facing...

                            We were traveling in bus KA51 C 3647 on 22 April 2023 8:30am from Banglore to Bagalkot. Near chitradurga tyre got burst and floor of bus got damaged and opened. But drivers and attenders changed the tyre and forced us to travel in same bus for 6 more hours. There was no response from head office, I tried to call no one recieved or didn get any support from them. I was traveling with my 11 years old son alone and next to my seat the whole was there, I found helpless . Sugama service is pathetic. We paid 1000 rupees per person and no justice for the money and no humanity .

                              Started journey from bangalore to Laxmeshwar dated 6th Apr 2023 at 11.30 pm. After 2 hour near Shira toll gate bus has stopped due to technical issue. Since 1 AM to 5 AM there is no alternative solution and not good response from the driver and kinner. For this our one valuable day has wasted. No refund or No alternative facility. Not at all good responsibility from Sugama travels. Bus number KA51 B 3140 Bangalore rone journey. Very bad experience
