I have been a long time customer of Sugama travels . My name is Ajith
Complaint details as follows
Route Bangalore yellapur (S-2)
In last 2 months I experienced following issues :
In all 3 instances I had chosen Indiranagar near petrol bunk as pickup location
1. Cleaner/ driver called me and asked to come to Mg road metro station at ( I was told to be there by 9.40 ) bus arrived 10.50
2. This time I was asked to come near Indiranagar metro station after 8.40 by cleaner.
3. Today was worst - I could see pick up time at Indiranagar as 9.10
Driver calls me and tells to come by 8.45
When tracker clearly shows that he is still in Silk Board I called at 8.25 .
I reached the spot at 8.50 driver is still in
Driver lingaraju and Nazir is giving wrong information and incorrect details every time and making people wait for hours
When enquired for the same
Driver is very harsh and yelling at us
We have been using Sugama from the day it started service from vadiraja math
This kind of behaviour is completely not expected from such a great service provider
I kindly request for call back from concerned authority for this complaint
