Sugar Cosmetics — Refund issue | |||
I ordered a product of sugar cosmetics couple of days back. I paid them through google pay. They recieved money through razorpay. They stated that through a mail after several mails i sent them. I asked them either to send the product or refund. Still there is no reply from their side. I have attached all the details with this. I have ordered sugar mini smudge me not liquid lipsticks on 25 jun 2021 and i got the same on 29th june. But the shades were not same so i returned the same and asked for the refund. The return was picked up on 1st july and i was assured that i would get the return in 3-5 working days but it's long time now and i haven't received the refund. I'm attaching the mail and acknowledgement receipt of return also.
Thank you for highlighted the issue with us, we would like to inform you that we have received the amount of Rs ₹ 979.02 on 23 Aug 2019, however, due to some technical glitch the order could not get placed. We have placed the order manually with the order number 328689 against the payment received and the order was sucessfully received by the customer on 31st August 2019.
It was shipped through FedEx (www.fedex.com) with the AWB Number:[protected]. Kindly check the tracking details with the information given. Please let us know in case of any further assistance, we will be glad to assist you.
