Sugar Cosmetics — Delivered to the wrong address and received no refund or response from them.

Sugar cosmetics is a company where they do not value a customer’s time or money. I’m currently staying in Canada and had ordered products worth Rs.1000 where I provided my father’s mobile number. I also mailed the sugar cosmetics my address and mobile number which they should send the order to. Yet, they sent it to the wrong address nor they contacted my father before delivery. It’s such a shame to trust most of the companies which put their needs above a customer’s satisfaction. I never received a response nor a refund on the same.
