Sugar Cosmetics — Money deducted but order not placed

I placed 948 /- rupees worth products mini smudge me not lipsticks and Kajal 145 worth at 12.38 am 3rd dec. transaction is successful I paid through Paytm wallet money got deducted but order is not placed atleast I didn’t received any confirmation but money paid to e commerce…website is not roaded too product ms were in carts.
