I ordered a product of sugar cosmetics couple of days back. I paid them through google pay. They recieved money through razorpay. They stated that through a mail after several mails i sent them. I asked them either to send the product or refund. Still there is no reply from their side. I have attached all the details with this. Please help me to solve this issue
