The only reason to share this feedback to safeguard others who are planning to travel through Su-Man Travels, Rahuleela Mall, Kandivali (W), Rakesh & Jaideep.

We had a pathetic experience with Su-Man Travels, Rahuleela Mall, Kandivali (W), Rakesh & Jaideep. We (group of 16 people – 5 families) had done booking through this travel for Nainital, Mussoorie, Corbett, Kausani & Haridwar/ Rishikesh for 11 days i.e. from 13th May 2017 to 23rd May 2017. Booking was carried out 3 months in advance but while approaching them 2 weeks before travelling we came to know that out of 5 places 4 hotels were already changed by them. Even after this harassment they have changed the hotel for Mussoorie when we were away from Mussorrie by 150 kms. Infact for Mussoorie, his tour manager (Abhijit Pradhan) was saying that if he has to come with his family then he can’t stay in such hotels where we have been asked to stay.

We also met 2 different groups at Haridwar & Nainital from Suman & they were also having the same experience. Infact group at Haridwar called local police also at night on 15th May 2017, however while talking to tour manager at later stage we came to know that they have a good local connects & hence will not impact them. Kitchen provided by them was also OK. In fact they were unable to provide mineral water throughout the itinerary even though it was committed. In fact when you argue with them they are not ready to accept the facts even though it is in written and stamped by them. We had tour manager with us only for 7 days out of 11 & same for kitchen too even though it was said to us that it will be there for 11 days. In fact on last day they were unable to arrange for food & hence we have arranged on our own.

Given a choice I recommend choosing other travel agent on the following facts:

• Rakesh & Jaideep are cheater;
• While taking a booking they have a sweet tongue & real taste you will come to know once you paid full money;
• Can never trust them as not accepting the things which was given in writing and stamped by them;
• They will say that our expectations were high which was never the case;
• Never keep the promises;
• Display good hotels & other stuffs while taking a booking and then change it without intimation & without any compensation;
• Kitchen was also OK type;
• Very rough in talking once you are out for tour;
• Will leave you in helpless situations during travelling;
• Masters in buck passing i.e. keeps on saying to contact one or other team members of their agency;
• Keeps you in dark till last;
• Hotels provided are of low category except for one place;
• Very bad in management;
• Takes booking without knowing the fact that whether they will able to keep their promises or not

The only reason why our tour became wonderful because of our tempo traveler owner come driver Mr. Sanchit Bhalla (owner of Bright Tours & Travels). It’s all because of him our trip was memorable. He was very much co-operative & supportive at all time.

I you want to make your trip memorable then please think twice before making a right choice else it’s your choice to take pain even after knowing the fact. You can check the above details for verifying the fact with Suman Travels too if you trust them.
