Sumsung — A purchase after three months motherboard and after six months display not working | |||||
Dear sir, i purchase sumsung J2 mobil 6th nov 2016, after three months mob .motherboard not work and after six months display not work I told in service center they are saying that You have to put your mobile phone for 10 days anytime when we go to samsung service centre they are saying that there are no parts avaliable for mobile. Is that companie's true policy? So i am not satisfied with samsung service centre and customer care. So I'll go to consumer court and upload video on youtube. Was this information helpful? | |||||

kindly inform to you sir, my sumsung j2 mobile back key still not working after 3 times working on that in service center and mobile also goes on warranty period, plzz notice on that sir
