I'm Rakesh from raebareli. I purchased a TV from Reliance Digital Store Raebareli. Company provides 2 year Warranty. my TV panal show Black screen last 3 month. I complaint company many time. But my problem does not solve. Plz help me.

When i was buying refrigerator in August month refrigerator not cooling proper i was registered my complain service center send engineer but engineer not resolve my complain proper after some day am again complained but this time also engineer not fix the problem i was complain again in[protected] service center told my your refrigerator fan not working am still waiting now today is[protected] but not give me a proper responseof my complain

And said that i 6 month ago display changed the display and i use only 2 month your mobile set. Sir you told me.in a little bit time companies display has been dead. I have talked your service manager of kankarbagh center then he has not got any response. He is saying that i am not favour with you. Again you will be given charge. But after three months mobile sim 1 network not work so they change mother board but no result he say your sim network not ok i change all company sim but no result so this problem is continue
After six months mobile display not work
Samsung company say display is not avalable so you come after 10 days and say your mobil make in service centre after they order my display this work time is minimum two weeks

The phone is still under warranty.in the month of june, the full screen of my phone got black suddenly.
I went to the samsung service center at tarnka in secunsrabad. Then the team asked me money to get it fixed because they thought it was my fault.
I told him that sir there is no physical damage on my phone. It is an internal issue and you should fix it without money.
Still i have not repaired this phone because i have decided not to use any samsung phone and also i do not suggest...
