Sun Direct — 6 months online recharge done in damaged set top box | |
I have done 6 month recharge through online on my old set top box which is damaged now. I have brought a new set top box from a nearby store and I want to transfer the amount from old set top box to new one. When I contacted the store they told me that since I had done online recharge this can be done only from Sun direct customer care. Kindly do the needful.
